Job Title Logistics Team Lead With Russian Language About The Job We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for overseeing the import and export processes, managing international markets, and ensuring seamless customs clearance in Europe.You will also be involved in organizing imports and exports for international trade, managing international markets, registration and preparation of documentation for customs clearance in Europe, work with customs brokers, understanding certification requirements in the EU, sourcing new service providers on favorable terms for the company, preparing reports and planning expenses, working with Business Process Management software, negotiating and signing contracts with new partners.About Us We are a dynamic brand with a unique philosophy and business model. We are a team of first-class professionals from all over the world united by one inspiring goal — to make bathroom the most important place in your home.Responsibilities Import and Export Processes: Oversee the import and export processes, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.International Markets: Manage international markets, including deliveries to Europe from all over the world.Customs Clearance: Ensure seamless customs clearance in Europe, working with customs brokers as needed.Certification Requirements: Understand certification requirements in the EU and ensure compliance.Sourcing Service Providers: Source new service providers on favorable terms for the company.Reporting and Planning: Prepare reports and plan expenses to optimize logistics operations.Business Process Management: Work with Business Process Management software to streamline logistics processes.Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and sign contracts with new partners.Requirements Experience Proven experience in independently managing logistics processes and leading a logistics team (direct reports in the logistics department).Skills Transportation and Freight Legislation: Solid knowledge of transportation and freight legislation, including international logistics.Business Process Management Software: Familiarity with Business Process Management (BPM) software.Communication and Coordination: Excellent communication and coordination skills.Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Russian (both written and spoken).Benefits Work Environment Access to a comfortable workspace situated in Dubai.Employment Schedule Full-time employment schedule (5 days a week).Career Growth Career growth, interesting tasks.
