Buyer/Purchase Officer
Description
Identify and select reliable suppliers for stationery and office supplies.Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.Process purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure timely availability of goods.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery details.Conduct regular market research to stay updated on new products and pricing trends.Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and cost control objectives.Collaborate with internal departments to forecast demand and special requirements.Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Proven experience (2+ years) in purchasing/procurement, preferably in stationery or office supplies.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
