Aviation Captain for Business Jet Operations

As an Aviation Captain, you will be responsible for the safe operation of a business jet and ensuring the comfort and safety of its occupants.Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a culture of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.Responsible for conducting pre-flight inspections and ensuring all necessary checks are completed before departure.Brief passengers on emergency procedures and ensure they are aware of their responsibilities during the flight.Ensure compliance with company operating procedures and regulatory requirements.Closely monitor weather conditions and make informed decisions about flight routes and altitudes.Take charge of the aircraft's navigation and communication systems.Manage the flight crew and ensure they are properly trained and qualified to perform their duties.Maintain accurate records of flight operations and report any incidents or irregularities to senior management.Conduct regular maintenance checks on the aircraft to ensure it is airworthy.Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement in the business.Requirements: Faa/jaa/gcaa licenses required Atpl and valid type rating on aircraft type 737 (ng)5000 hours total flying time)2500 hours in a multi-jet engine aircraft1000 hours minimum command on type or equivalent as pic)Familiar with relevant provisions of company operations manual Valid instrument rating Valid recurrent checks Valid class 1 medical Accident and violation free flying Familiar with relevant uae and international air legislation and agreed aviation practices and procedures)Preferred Qualifications: Vip flight experience Strong verbal and written communication skills
