Bachelor of Business Administration (Management)Nationality Any Nationality Vacancy1 Vacancy Job Description We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic guest-focused Front Office professionals who pride themselves on delivering exceptional customer service and providing creative solutions to our guests.Role: Driver Your responsibilities include meeting and assisting hotel guests upon arrival and departure, performing driving duties, and key responsibilities such as: Greeting guests upon arrival Opening car doors for guests and escorting them to the lobby Maintaining knowledge of hotel services to assist guests and respond to queries Ensuring effective handovers between shifts Reporting guest complaints to the manager on duty Performing trips with hotel vehicles as requested Controlling all guest car keys Maintaining cleanliness of parking spaces and key cabinets Managing airport and crew transportation efficiently Skills, Education & Qualifications Ideal candidates will have vocational training in hospitality, experience in Front Office or Transportation, fluency in written and spoken English, and a valid local Driving License familiar with traffic laws.Knowledge & Competencies The candidate should be well-presented, outgoing, friendly, proactive, adaptable, reliable, and able to work calmly under pressure.
