Job Title: Strategic Excellence Leader About the Role We are seeking a visionary leader to head our Organisational Excellence Section. The successful candidate will drive strategic planning, change management, and excellence programme management.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement organisational excellence plans to achieve Government Excellence standards.Manage internal and external excellence awards, ensuring alignment with Government Excellence systems.Organise workshops and training programmes to prepare employees for participation in excellence awards.Analyse and assess gaps identified in various Government Excellence reports.Monitor global reports and conduct benchmarking studies to identify areas for improvement.Requirements To be successful in this role, you will require: A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Quality Management, plus 10 years of relevant professional experience.In-depth knowledge of Government Excellence systems in Dubai.Leadership skills in strategic planning, change management, and excellence programme management.Ability to manage teams and foster a culture of innovation and organisational quality.Advanced report writing and presentation skills.What We Offer This is an exceptional opportunity to work on high-impact projects, develop your leadership skills, and make a meaningful contribution to our organisation.We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
