We're looking for an Emirati Events Section Head to lead the planning and execution of high-profile events that inspire, engage, and deliver lasting impact.Lead end-to-end event planning aligned with strategic goals—from concept to post-event evaluation.Manage logistics, protocols, and stakeholder coordination across government, sponsors, and internal teams.Oversee international event operations and ensure alignment with institutional standards.Develop performance metrics and post-event impact reports.Supervise and empower a high-performing events team.Minimum 6 years of experience in event management, with 3+ years in a leadership role.Proven ability to design and execute community event strategies.Strong bilingual communication skills (Arabic & English).Experience in budget management, risk mitigation, and inclusive design.Emotionally intelligent, agile, and culturally grounded leader.Creative community engagement and participatory formats.Data-driven decision-making and post-event analytics.Capacity building through internal events and planning tools.Submit a sample event strategy and a performance report (stripped of sensitive info) prior to the interview.
