As the Senior Brand Manager Nutrition, you will build strong brands that delight target consumers and generate significant business results by building brand equity and influencing consumer behavior.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in core brand building, helping large/key brands innovate, and identifying new growth opportunities. Experience in developing brand strategies, positioning, and understanding of brand/P&L drivers is essential.A Day in the Life of an SBMBrand & Communication Strategy & Development: Drive market research to identify emerging consumer trends, competitive advantages, and challenges Lead the development and execution of brand strategies and communication plans targeting healthcare professionals, consumers, and shoppers Participate in strategic brand creative development and equity measurement Coordinate with global teams to develop campaign briefs and creative adaptations Provide communication toolkits with overarching frameworks, including key ideas and engagement strategies Manage media and communication agencies for Pan-Arab campaigns Business Management: Lead the brand's annual strategic priorities for the business unit Manage the brand marketing budget for optimal resource allocation Analyze brand performance metrics monthly and adapt strategies accordingly Support regional initiatives and deliverables in collaboration with clusters Provide pricing, promotional strategies, and SKU management recommendations Ensure project execution and results tracking Lead SKU harmonization and optimization initiatives I&R Strategy & Multi-cluster Leadership Define portfolio strategy and develop I&R roadmap based on research and consumer insights Manage the end-to-end I&R pipeline with stakeholders, including recipe development and launch planning Create toolkits for new launches and relaunches to ensure consistent brand experiences Success Factors Minimum 8 years of marketing experience, preferably within FMCG or related fields at Nestlé or similar Proven success in core brand building and innovation Strong understanding of brand/P&L drivers and actions Experience in product launches and cross-functional collaboration Knowledge of digital media and e Commerce Experience in Pharmaceutical, Consumer Health, OTC, Nutrition, or Baby Nutrition sectors Excellent media planning and campaign execution skills Higher education in business management and marketing Job Details Role Level: Mid-Level Work Type: Full-Time Country: United Arab Emirates City: Dubai Company Website: (To be added)Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is a platform connecting jobseekers and employers.
