Driver Coordinator

Job Description We are seeking a reliable and skilled professional to join our team as a driver. As a Personal Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring safe and timely transportation of passengers and goods, adhering to designated routes while considering traffic regulations.You will conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure optimal operating conditions, reporting any maintenance issues promptly. Your goal is to maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and expenses to provide transparency and accountability.Effective communication with clients and team members in Russian is essential, along with strict adherence to privacy policies. You will assist with loading and unloading their belongings, ensuring a smooth and courteous experience throughout the journey.You will utilize GPS and navigation tools to identify the most efficient routes, minimizing delays and optimizing fuel usage. Adherence to company policies regarding vehicle use, safety protocols, and customer service standards is crucial in promoting a positive image.Required Skills and Qualifications A valid driver's license with a clean driving record, showcasing reliability and responsibility.Willingness to work a non-standard schedule, such as 6/1.At least 5 years of professional driving experience, ideally in passenger transport or freight delivery.Fluency in Russian, with the ability to communicate effectively in English preferred for client interactions.Strong organizational skills to manage schedules and maintain accurate transportation logs.Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating a friendly and customer-oriented attitude.Ability to work independently while also being a cooperative team player.Benefits This is a full-time position within the Transport department, catering to various industries including Banking and Broking.Keyword Transportation
