Financial Services Strategist

Key Roles and Responsibilities The primary objective of this position is to drive the development and implementation of strategic initiatives for private banking across all relevant Middle Eastern regions. This involves collaborating closely with senior stakeholders, including the Global Head of Private Banking, to formulate and execute strategies aimed at enhancing revenue streams, client-centric value propositions, governance, and performance metrics.Lead strategy development and implementation for private banking across MENA regions in liaison with the Global Head of Private Banking.Responsible for achieving, monitoring, and managing key performance indicators (KPIs) and other performance metrics in coordination with the Global Head of Private Banking and other key stakeholders.Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and teamwork to deliver diversified revenue streams across core private banking client-centric propositions.Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong understanding of the Middle Eastern market, finance, investments, and private banking engagement. You should also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to operate independently and manage/develop a team.A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or Marketing is required, while an Advanced Degree, such as an MBA, is strongly recommended.
