Job Title Utilities Lead Job Description We are seeking a Utilities Lead to oversee the planning, design, and integration of wet and dry utility systems. The successful candidate will lead and manage technical teams, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure seamless delivery of utilities within project timelines.Responsibilities: Lead and manage the planning, design, and integration of wet and dry utility systems, including water supply, wastewater, stormwater, irrigation, electrical, telecom, and gas networks.Coordinate with internal teams across civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical disciplines to ensure seamless delivery of utilities within overall project timelines.Oversee design reviews, ensuring technical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and alignment with project specifications and local authority standards.Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and public authorities to manage approvals, resolve design issues, and ensure clear communication across all stages of project execution.Supervise and mentor a team of utilities engineers and support staff, fostering technical excellence and professional development.Prepare and review technical documentation, including reports, specifications, drawings, and calculations.Monitor project progress, manage risks, and support project managers in delivering high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. A Master's degree is an advantage.Minimum 10 years of experience in utility design and coordination, including recent experience in the Middle East.Strong understanding of local utility authority requirements and approval processes.Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and interfacing with multiple stakeholders.Proficient in relevant design and modeling software (e.g., Auto CAD, Civil 3D, hydraulic/electrical modeling tools).Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.About Us: We are a leading provider of Engineering Services.
