Miral Experiences is seeking a Uniform Services Assistant Manager to join its team. This role plays a vital part in managing uniform and laundry services, ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional service to internal customers.This position will oversee the full lifecycle of uniform services, including inbound, inventory, and outbound processes. The ideal candidate will lead a team of contractors, manage inventory levels, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.Manage uniform services operations, including process improvement and workflow optimization.Lead and guide contractor teams, promoting service excellence and safety compliance.Develop training programs for new team members and contractors, enhancing their skills and knowledge.Monitor inventory levels, coordinate replenishments, and minimize waste.Address customer service concerns, striving for high satisfaction levels.Collaborate with procurement, facilities, and IT teams to resolve operational issues.To be successful in this role, you will require: Education: High School Diploma (required)Certification or degree in Apparel, Fashion Technology, or related field (desired)Experience: Minimum 3 years in a leadership role in a customer service environment Experience in textile, laundry, or apparel operations (preferred)You will bring: Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of HSE standards, HACCP, and ERP systems Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and documentation tools Ability to manage operations independently and resolve issues proactively Attention to detail and strong organizational skills If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service and leading a team to success, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
