Customized Education Programs Director The successful candidate will oversee the preparation and implementation of customized education programs, ensuring alignment with market needs and capabilities of the organization.Accountable for developing, implementing, monitoring, and reviewing all executive customized programs, both offline and online, in close coordination with senior management.Support senior management by overseeing the financial aspects of training programs, including budgeting and cash availability.Identify, direct, and lead new open-enrollment training opportunities to meet enrollment growth targets.Develop and drive revenue-generating strategies for programs, representing the organization as needed, and enhancing service quality.Supervise, guide, motivate, and appraise staff, trainers, and participants to ensure optimal team performance.Evaluate opinion polls and feedback surveys post-training and report results to senior management.Key Responsibilities Program Development: Develop, implement, monitor, and review executive customized programs to meet market needs and organizational capabilities.Financial Management: Oversee financial aspects of training programs, including budgeting and cash availability.Training Opportunities: Identify, direct, and lead new open-enrollment training opportunities to meet enrollment growth targets.Revenue Strategy: Develop and drive revenue-generating strategies for programs, representing the organization as needed.Team Performance: Supervise, guide, motivate, and appraise staff, trainers, and participants to ensure optimal team performance.Feedback and Evaluation: Evaluate opinion polls and feedback surveys post-training and report results to senior management.Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university.Preferably with Learning & Development Certification and Project Management Professional Certification.5+ years' experience in a similar role, preferably in executive education development and administration.Job Category Educational Employment Type Full-time Industry Government Administration Referrals increase your chances of interviewing.
