The MENAT Marketplace team is seeking a results-oriented Senior Program Manager who can learn quickly, build trust with stakeholders in a dynamic environment, and work on strengthening one of our key growth pillars: Selection. This role involves collaboration across multiple marketplaces and central teams to derive insights and implement performance initiatives. It offers the chance to work across Amazon Stores and influence senior leadership reviews, shaping MENAT processes for selection. Key Qualifications Solid product and program management skills Ability to engage effectively with senior leaders Excellent statistical and analytical abilities Strong attention to detail Knowledge of business intelligence tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau, Quicksight) Strong business acumen and communication skills Flexibility, influencing skills, and adaptability in a changing environment Key Responsibilities Coordinate priorities and projects with central teams, external data providers, and business units to enhance selection for customers Participate in regular business reviews with senior leadership, presenting results and driving discussions Develop mechanisms to address missing selection in marketplaces Manage the selection funnel, identifying initiatives to move selection from listing to sale Create and implement selection strategies at the Store level in collaboration with marketplace teams Define and track metrics to measure success across work streams Identify challenges in selection processes and implement scalable solutions Minimum Requirements At least 5 years of program or project management experience Experience using data and metrics for improvements Experience managing end-to-end program strategy and communicating results to leadership Intermediate proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, charts, lookups, formulas) At least 2 years of experience driving process improvements Master's degree or MBA in business operations, HR, organizational development, or related fields Strong proficiency in SQL Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
