All other copies are uncontrolled.FORM: JOB DESCRIPTION EC-HR-F06Job Title: Operator Department: Operations Reporting To: Supervisor Site: ECJob Purpose: Operate or maintain stationary engines, boilers, or other mechanical equipment to provide utilities for buildings or industrial processes. Operate equipment, such as steam engines, generators, motors, turbines, and steam boilers.Key Responsibilities: Monitor gauges and flow meters; inspect equipment to ensure tank levels, temperatures, chemical amounts, and pressure are at specified levels, reporting abnormalities.Record operating data such as products and quantities pumped, stocks used, gauging results, and operating times.Communicate with other workers via signals, radios, or telephones to start and stop flows of materials or substances.Tend vessels storing gases, liquids, slurries, or powders; check levels using calibrated rods or gauges.Operate valves and pumps to regulate flows of substances.Plan movement of products through lines to processing, storage, and shipping units, understanding pipeline interconnections and capacities.Follow operating schedules or instructions to determine amounts to be pumped.Clean, lubricate, and repair pumps and vessels using hand tools and equipment.Collect and deliver samples for laboratory analysis.Connect hoses and pipelines prior to material transfer.QHSE: Take reasonable care of your own health and safety and avoid risking others.Cooperate with health and safety initiatives.Comply with safety instructions.Report accidents, injuries, or illnesses.Skills Required: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, electronic equipment.Use diagnostic instruments to measure tolerances.Analyze problems and ensure continuous operation of equipment.Switch between automatic and manual controls safely.Monitor equipment and safety devices to detect malfunctions.Adjust controls and valves for system regulation.Interpret readings from gauges and meters.Maintain logs of operations and maintenance activities.Qualifications: College degree preferred.Certifications in electrical or plumbing highly preferred.Other Requirements: Inspect equipment, structures, or materials for defects.Service, repair, and maintain mechanical equipment.Employee & Manager Signatures: Name: Date: Signature: Business Details: Unit: GBU Energy Solutions Division: ESI AMEA - GCC & Pak - UAELegal Entity: ENGIE Cofely Energy Services LLCExperience & Education: Experience: Skilled (
