The ideal candidate will be trustworthy, proactive, and passionate about providing a safe and nurturing environment for our child(ren), while also managing daily housekeeping tasks.Key Responsibilities: Childcare / Babysitting Duties: Supervise and care for the child(ren) at all times Feed, bathe, dress, and maintain hygiene of the child(ren)Organize and engage in age-appropriate educational and play activities Assist with schoolwork, reading, storytelling, and outdoor play Maintain routines including meal times, naps, and bedtime Accompany child(ren) to appointments, parks, or outings (if required)Monitor child's health, behavior, and report any concerns to parents Housekeeping Duties: General cleaning and tidying of the home Laundry and ironing (family or child-specific, as agreed)Dishwashing and maintaining cleanliness in kitchen areas Organize storage areas, closets, and general home upkeep Grocery shopping or assisting in meal prep when needed Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of play and sleeping areas Candidate Requirements: Previous experience in childcare and housekeeping (minimum 2 years preferred)Ability to live-in full time (accommodation and meals provided)Good communication skills in English (other languages a plus)Friendly, respectful, and honest personality High attention to cleanliness, safety, and detail Ability to work independently and manage time well Trustworthy and able to handle confidential family matters Flexible with schedule and tasks as needed Non-smoker preferred First Aid and CPR training is an advantage Valid references and background check required Benefits: Competitive salary (e AED 3,000 3,700/month depending on experience)Private room and meals included One day off per week (as agreed)Annual leave and return ticket (as per UAE labor law or family agreement)Long-term employment opportunity in a respectful and supportive household Job Details Role Level: Mid-Level Work Type: Full-Time Country: United Arab Emirates City: Dubai Company Website: Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
