We are recruiting on behalf of our UAE-based client, a reputable company in the hard commodity sector, for the role of Strategy & Structuring Analyst. The ideal candidate should be an expert in market analysis, support in preparing presentations, and calculation of economic parameters of transactions.Our UAE-based client is searching for a team member with experience in economic models, LNG pricing, and competitive analysis. Knowledge of key contractual frameworks (TUA, MSPA, SPA, GSA, PPA, CNs), LNG logistics, and small-scale LNG is essential.We seek a strategic, analytical, and commercially oriented professional to join their LNG business development team. The Strategy & Structuring Analyst will support the identification, evaluation, and development of LNG market opportunities across target regions such as Africa, India, Southeast Asia, Middle East, and Vietnam. The role requires strong quantitative skills, a deep understanding of global LNG pricing and trading dynamics, and the ability to support deal teams with market insights, economic modeling, and transaction structuring.Responsibilities Conduct market research and gather competitive intelligence on LNG demand, pricing, and infrastructure development in target countries.Build and maintain economic models for LNG supply-demand scenarios, pricing structures (indexation, slope), and project economics.Support business development teams with the preparation of investment decks, commercial proposals, and presentations for counterparties and internal stakeholders.Analyze and benchmark deal structures (SPA/HOA/MOU), payment terms, credit risks, and price review mechanisms.Monitor LNG market trends, regulatory changes, geopolitical factors, and FX risks affecting market entry strategies.Evaluate and compare commercial frameworks across regions to advise on optimal entry and go-to-market strategies.Collaborate with legal, finance, and trading teams to assess implications of deal structures and market positioning.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in economics, Finance, Engineering, Energy Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.At least 5 years of relevant experience in LNG, natural gas, energy strategy, or project finance.Strong financial modeling skills using Excel; familiarity with DCF, NPV, IRR, and payback analysis.Knowledge of LNG pricing mechanisms (JCC, TTF, Henry Hub, Brent-linked), shipping terms (FOB, DES), and value chain economics.Experience supporting business development or M&A transactions in the energy sector.Preferred Attributes Experience in international markets (India, ASEAN, Africa, GCC) and working within multicultural teams. Experience in energy consulting is a plus.Familiarity with LNG trading, terminal infrastructure, and regasification economics.Strategic thinker with commercial acumen and attention to detail.Proficiency in Power Point, Excel, and market intelligence tools (e.g., Kpler, ICIS, Refinitiv).Languages Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential.Please kindly apply in English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
