Sales professionals with a passion for professional training and development are sought after to join our team.We are looking for skilled sales executives who can drive growth through new client acquisition and retention. As a Delegate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential clients in various sectors that would benefit from specialized training courses.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong ability to understand the specific training needs of clients and offer tailored course solutions.You will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets, maintain a detailed customer database, and analyze market trends in professional training and development.A key aspect of this role is networking and event participation to generate new sales prospects and add new contacts to the CRM database.Key responsibilities include: Identify and target potential clients in sectors that would benefit from specialized training courses.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients interested in training courses, understand their specific training needs, and offer tailored course solutions.Crm Database Management: Maintain a detailed database of the target audience for training courses, update the CRM regularly with new contacts, interactions, and specific training interests.Sales Performance and Reporting: Achieve and exceed sales targets specific to training course delegate sales, monitor and report on sales performance, database growth, and trends in training needs.Additionally, you will need to demonstrate the following technical competencies and experience: Sales Experience: A minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in professional training.Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the professional training and development industry.Crm Software Proficiency: Prior experience in using CRM software (particularly Salesforce) for sales tracking, management, and targeted marketing of training courses.Data Analysis: Skill in analyzing sales data and identifying trends in training needs.The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field, and a Master's degree is an asset.We offer a competitive remuneration package including medical insurance and annual travel allowance.This is a mid-senior level full-time position in the sales and business development department.
