Senior Corporate Lawyer Position

Corporate Lawyer Job Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the legality of commercial transactions and advising on legal rights and duties.Your responsibilities will include: Handling complex legal matters and projects Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and following up on contracts Providing legal advice on corporate law, tax law, accounting, securities law, bankruptcy, intellectual property rights, licensing, and zoning laws You will work closely with our General Counsel to ensure compliance with rules and regulations and represent the company in legal proceedings.We offer a fast-paced and multicultural environment with over 60 different nationalities.
