Electrical Maintenance Shift Supervisor Role We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Shift Supervisor to lead our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be a self-driven individual with a passion for excellence in safety, manufacturing, and customer focus.Key Responsibilities: Establish leadership for the team and promote a culture of Principled based Management.Comply with all standard safety practices and company guidelines.Support the production processes to align and optimize the manufacturing enterprise.Identify and minimize EHS risk through proactive measures.Assist in the smooth running of plant equipment by attending breakdowns and performing routine and preventative maintenance.Plan and prioritize works effectively to maximize efficiency.Monitor the quality of craft work and provide direction to crew members.Help plan and schedule maintenance work for all departments.Review Work instructions & PMs regularly to improve efficiency and identify gaps.Execute projects to eliminate waste and optimize resources.Maintain required standards of housekeeping.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics or Instrumentation Engineering.Significant experience in medium-to-large-scale continuous process manufacturing industries.Demonstrated managerial skills.Flexibility to work in rotating shifts.Knowledge of reliability concepts and experience implementing precision maintenance techniques.Experience utilizing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) or similar problem-solving tools.Good level of communication in English.Proficiency in using maintenance reporting tools.Benefits: Certifications or hands-on expertise in PLC systems.Working knowledge of HMI, SCADA systems, Profibus, and other industrial communication systems.Experience with Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), induction motors, servo motors, control circuits, and process instrumentation & calibration.Familiarity with 33KV switchgear, low-voltage switchgear, and diesel generators.Knowledge of auxiliary systems such as air compressors and weighing scales.
