The role also includes leading and managing the sales and investorrelations efforts of RTA. This includes developing and executing sales strategies, nurturing client and investorrelationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization Key Results Accountabilities# Resolving customer complaints about the Authority's asset levels, monitoring contracts, and updating assetdata in accordance with investment contracts & Contribute to the periodic upgrading and development ofinvestment assets' contractual conditions# Coordinate and arrange with the management that owns the assets to ensure that it is ready for commercialexploitation for all new contracts, upon renewal of contracts, or upon re-offering# Tender Management, Obtaining and/or collaborating with the appropriate individuals to obtain the requisiteapprovals# Plan field visits to explore investment opportunities and promote them through public and electronic auctions(P.E.A) &Ensure all requirements are met by following up with investors & Manage the client and stakeholderrelationships# Conducting technical and commercial evaluations and reporting the results to the appropriate departments forassessment and approval before submitting tender results to the Committee & Negotiation with bidders forfinal proposals & Raising final reports with the outcomes to management# Creating tender documents (RFP, Scope of Work, Financial Offer, attachments) for leasing commercial spacesand investment assets. Coordinating with the appropriate departments for assessment and approval &Managing the pre-bid meeting# Evaluating MEP provisions based on retail business models; preparing and submitting lease proposals,obtaining signatures, and giving necessary paperwork to investors for fit-out plans# Finding and listing new investors for commercial asset leasing. Lease commercial properties, negotiate, andfollow up, visit sites, and meet with investors# Assist investors with requests and deliver them to the appropriate committee/department (e.g., discounts,asset reductions, increased space/electricity load, location chang# Manage the Assets portfolio for contract renewals and new contracts, including Communicating authorizedpricing to the relevant departments. Prepare and update an investing plan. The contract-related systems, suchas Maximo and the Support Contract and Procurement department, complete the contractual process# Follow-up the contractual application plan in Maximo system according to the approved action plan andfollow-up the conclusion of new contracts according to the distribution of investment contracts# Planning and implementing auctions for unutilized assets in collaboration with the Asset Management Department to create auction documentation for commercial premises and investment assets, by agreed-upondistribution plans# Raise periodic reports, status reports to the Management on the implementation plan Progress for the Initiatives /projects / investment programs# Develop detailed implementation work plans for each project, highlighting key interdependencies and criticalmilestones including execution plans aligned with the Investment Strategy Implementation plan, which shouldinclude investment business cases, responsibilities, milestones etc# Assess and minimize the risks associated with the asset's utilization through appropriate Mitigation controls,mechanisms, and strategies# Detail implementation resource requirements in a detailed work plan for selected projects# Proposing new ideas to increase asset utilization and following up on their implementation# Carry out detailed tender evaluation and assessment works and related reports and provide commercial advice& formal contractual reports# implement negotiation and procurement processes as required by the Project# Raise the report for the Higher Investment Committee and PPP before launching implementation to updatethe progress and seek the required approvals# Verifying commercial assets and creating unit list with technical details for RFP tender. Coordinating pre-bidmeetings, site visits, and evaluations for tenders. Coordinated site handovers with RPPD for each unit lease.Provide CIMP preparation and ACCA support to investors# Verify retail assets and prepare RFP for tender. Retail, kiosks, ATMs, and VMs & Setting technical evaluationcriteria for the RFP# Updated asset list and occupancy status, conducted retail pricing and market report for new commercialassets, Conducted retail market and feasibility study for new commercial assets# Review and comment on Retail Strategy ARCH and MEP for new projects (GREEN LINE EXTENSION).Updating commercial investor listings and lease follow-ups# Creating leasing brochures and site layouts, Conducting EPQ and pre-qualification.
