Team Lead- Network Security

Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.We are seeking an experienced and proactive Team Lead with expertise in network security to oversee security infrastructure and ensure the protection of systems and data for our client. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of network security protocols, risk management, and incident response strategies.What You'll Do: Lead the development and implementation of network security policies and procedures.Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability testing.Monitor network traffic for unusual activity and respond to incidents promptly.Collaborate with IT teams to integrate security solutions.Prepare reports on security status, incidents, and compliance metrics.Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills in network security.Lead a team of IT support professionals, overseeing daily operations.Coordinate and supervise onsite support services Assist in planning and executing IT projects.Provide escalation support and ensure SLA adherence.Drive process improvements and optimize resource utilization.What We're Looking For: Minimum 6 years of experience in network securitywith 3+ years in a leadership role.Familiarity with project management practices (PMP or ITIL preferred).Police clearance is mandatory for UAE.Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to manage teams and meet tight deadlines.Strong knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and other network security technologies.Advanced knowledge of security incident handling and routing protocols.Expertise in disaster recovery and Azure Site Recovery.Familiarity with voice technologies like Avaya.Experience with firewalls (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet).Ready to secure the future?
