Business Analyst - Big Data & AI Specialist About the Role: The Senior Business Analysis role requires a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to drive business growth through data-driven solutions. This position involves working closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, analyzing large datasets to derive actionable insights, and collaborating with data scientists and engineers to design data-driven solutions.Responsibilities: Gathering and documenting business requirements through interviews, workshops, and surveys.Analyzing large datasets to identify trends and derive actionable insights.Collaborating with data scientists and engineers to design data-driven solutions.Maintaining documentation for data models, processes, and system architecture.Communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.Participating in project planning, scheduling, and coordination.Ensuring data quality and accuracy by implementing best practices in data management.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Minimum of 8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a data-centric environment.Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis tools.Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).Knowledge of machine learning and AI concepts.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or related fields.What We Offer: A competitive remuneration package.Outstanding learning, development, and growth opportunities.A diverse and inclusive work environment.
