Job Title: Public Relations Manager - Cluster Role Salary: This position is a senior-level role within our organization, and as such, the salary will be competitive and commensurate with experience.Job Description: The Public Relations Manager - Cluster Role is responsible for developing and executing effective public relations strategies that enhance the hotel's brand image, drive media coverage, and maintain positive relationships with media, influencers, and stakeholders. The role involves content creation, media relations, reputation management, and coordination of promotional events to support the hotel's business goals.Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the cluster's PR strategy in line with overall marketing goals and brand guidelines.Proactively identify relevant award opportunities and submit nominations for hotels, restaurants, spas, events, and leadership teams.Maintain a calendar of key awards, deadlines, and results, and track success for internal reporting.Relationships & Partnerships Build and maintain strong relationships with local, regional, and international media, influencers, and content creators.Identify and establish partnerships with like-minded brands to enhance brand visibility and create unique storytelling opportunities.Work closely with the corporate PR teams of all three hotel brands to ensure consistent messaging, tone of voice, and brand positioning.Review and update press releases, media kits for all hotels. Distribute to key media.Brand Communications Ensure consistent messaging across all PR materials that align with the hotels' brand identity and standards.Crisis Communication Act as the first point of contact for crisis communication.Develop and implement crisis communication plans and statements in line with each brand's requirements.Content Creation Oversee the creation of press materials, newsletters, speeches, and corporate communications.Identify key stories and opportunities to promote the hotels across luxury, lifestyle, business, and leisure segments.Write and distribute press content including press releases, media kits, media alert, listings, speeches, and other PR materials.Craft compelling stories about the hotel, events, and key personnel.Event Management Plan and oversee PR events, press conferences, and media tours to maximize brand exposure in local and international markets.Coordinate press visits, media interviews, and influencer stays.Ensure hotel coverage in trade shows, tourism boards, and promotional campaigns.Monitor online reviews and public perception of the hotel.Engage with platforms such as Trip Advisor, Google Reviews, and other online forums.Stakeholder Collaboration Liaise with tourism boards, hotel partners, and local community organizations to foster brand visibility.Collaborate with commercial and operational teams to source and craft compelling content around guest experiences, culinary innovations, and community engagement.Work closely with F&B, spa, and other departments to highlight unique offerings.Collaborate with marketing and digital teams for content alignment on social media and digital platforms.Beat The Competition Gather market intelligence and track and monitor competitor performance.Analyse guest sentiment across all hotel and competitive landscape and identify opportunities to enhance storytelling and hotel unique selling points.Planning and Reporting Prepare PR strategies and annual plan to deliver on core KPIs.Finalise PR Budget and manage spend.Generate monthly and quarterly reports to evaluate success and areas of opportunity.Monitor and track media coverage, sentiment, analyse PR campaign effectiveness, and provide insights for continuous improvement.Additional Responsibilities Demonstrate knowledge of job-relevant issues, products, systems, and processes.Manage and develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.Actively participate in all staff meetings, departmental and hotel training sessions, online marketing training programs, and other related activities.Share information and updates with key stakeholders on an ongoing basis.Adhere strictly to company rules and regulations, ensuring punctuality and appropriate uniform attire at all times.Uphold a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.Performs other duties, as assigned, to meet business needs What We Look For: Experience in luxury hospitality, fashion or lifestyle brands.Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 5+ years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or media relations.Computer literate and proficient across Microsoft and other standard hotel operating systems.Demonstrated ability to support, develop and implement successful PR strategies.Strong relationship management building trusted relationships.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Proven track record of successful PR campaigns and media relations.Established media contacts in UAE and experience in media pitching.Ability to handle crisis communications and reputation management.Familiarity with influencer marketing and co-branded campaigns.Proficiency in PR tools.Detail-oriented, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Excellent presentation and customer relationship skills.Pro-active, enthusiastic, and energetic.Results-driven: able to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Able to influence and impact both internal and external stakeholders.Strong organizational and project management skills.Customer and Stakeholder Management Problem Solving Industry Overview: Abu Dhabi National Hotels (ADNH) is a leading hotel, tourism, transport, facilities management and catering group headquartered in Abu Dhabi.
