We employ approximately 2000 people from 41 nationalities, fostering a multicultural environment.Job Summary As a Cashier at our Exchange House, you will handle currency exchange transactions, remittance services, and customer payments with accuracy and professionalism. Your role is crucial in providing excellent customer service, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and maintaining secure cash handling.Key Responsibilities Handle foreign currency exchange and remittance transactions efficiently and accurately.Process customer transactions, including cash, card, and electronic payments.Maintain accurate records of all transactions and balance cash drawers daily.Ensure compliance with AML, KYC, and internal control policies.Provide courteous and professional customer service.Identify suspicious or fraudulent activities and report them promptly.Maintain proper filing and documentation as per regulatory standards.Support branch operations during peak hours or staff shortages.Adhere to company policies, procedures, and code of conduct.Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a cashier or teller role, preferably in financial services or exchange houses.Strong numerical and cash-handling skills.Familiarity with AML and KYC regulations is an advantage.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, etc.) are an asset.High level of integrity and attention to detail.Preferred Skills Customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Team player with a flexible approach to shift scheduling.Basic computer literacy (MS Office, point-of-sale systems, remittance platforms).At Al Rostamani Group, we seek talented individuals who work hard to achieve great things.
