Thaw frozen food in the refrigerator. Ensure proper portioning and garnishing. Maintain food logs. Monitor food quality and quantity. Communicate assistance needed during busy periods. Inform the Chef of excess food for daily specials. Notify Food & Beverage staff of menu specials and out-of-stock items. Ensure food quality standards are met. Cook according to recipes, standards, and checklists.
