Hotel Room Attendant

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Housekeeping team as Hotel Room Attendants. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by ensuring guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained.Key Responsibilities: Receiving work assignments, keys, and supplies from the supervisor and accurately recording in the key log book.Cleaning guest rooms and bathrooms, performing various duties as instructed by management.Maintaining fire exits and stairways free from obstructions.Reporting any maintenance issues promptly to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for guests.Picking up litter from corridors and pathways to maintain a tidy appearance.Vacuuming carpets, dusting furniture, emptying ashtrays and wastebaskets, and polishing metal fixtures to high standards.Making beds, washing sinks, bathtubs, toilets, tiles, mirrors, and floors, and replenishing bathroom and room supplies.Tidying and arranging guest toiletries on vanity tops and spot-cleaning carpets when necessary.Maintaining cleanliness and organization of guest corridors, service pantries, and service areas at all times.Removing Room Service trays and trolleys from guest rooms and corridors.Coordinating with valet services to collect guests' clothing for laundry, dry cleaning, or pressing services.
