Strategic HR Leader for Regional Operations
Description
As a seasoned executive, you will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive human resources strategy aligned with corporate vision and operational objectives. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, directly supporting the CEO and Chairman on workforce planning and people strategy.This role provides oversight of regional HR operations, talent acquisition, training, employee relations, and HR systems, while driving initiatives that foster a high-performance and inclusive culture.Develop and execute a strategic plan for human resources management across the region.Provide expert HR counsel to the CEO, COO, Chairman, and senior leadership team on matters related to workforce planning, succession planning, and talent pipeline development.Drive organizational structure reviews, job architecture, and manpower alignment to optimize business performance.Lead the implementation of leadership development programs and identify high-potential talent within the organization.Oversee talent acquisition for senior and executive roles across all entities.Promote a high-performance culture by developing clear KPIs, structured feedback, and recognition frameworks.Lead company-wide employee engagement programs, action planning, and retention strategies to drive business results.Ensure alignment between corporate values, leadership behaviors, and organizational culture.Partner with property and corporate leaders to develop and implement nationalization plans in coordination with HR and operations leadership.Monitor and report progress against localization KPIs and collaborate with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with evolving national policies.Seniority level: Executive Employment type: Contract Job function: Human Resources Hospitality
