Property Development Specialist Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Property Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying Off-Plan opportunities and working closely with developers and clients to drive sales growth.Your key responsibilities will include: Staying up to date with market trends and new developments Developing and implementing effective sales strategies Negotiating with buyers and sellers to achieve successful outcomes Maintaining strong relationships with developers and clients To succeed in this role, you will need: A minimum of 3 years' experience in Dubai Real Estate, preferably in Off-Plan properties Fluency in a second language (advantageous)Strong customer empathy and service skills Excellent written and communication skills in English You will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and presentability at all times. A UAE Driver's License and organized time management are also essential.This is a commission-based role, offering a competitive salary structure.
