DS Senior Campaign Manager

SWATX is seeking a Senior Campaign Manager with a data-centric approach to enhance our marketing initiatives. This strategic role involves designing and executing impactful campaigns using advanced data science methodologies. You will collaborate with data teams to develop marketing strategies that achieve business objectives and increase customer engagement through data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of data-driven marketing campaigns across various channels, aligning with customer insights and business goals. Work with data scientists and analysts to apply advanced analytical models that improve targeted marketing efforts and customer interactions. Manage all campaign phases, including planning, creative development, execution, analysis, and reporting. Use data analytics tools to monitor performance metrics, providing actionable insights for campaign optimization. Coordinate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution. Stay updated on trends in data science and marketing analytics to keep SWATX at the forefront of data-driven decision-making. Mentor junior team members to promote data literacy and continuous learning within the marketing team. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Marketing, Statistics, or related field; Master's preferred. 7+ years of experience in marketing campaign management with a focus on data science applications. Proven success in leading data-driven marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software. Expertise in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing and collaborating across teams. Strategic thinking with hands-on experience in campaign execution and analysis. Creative problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset and passion for data-driven marketing.
