Be proactive and aggressive in own sales techniques. Negotiate with prospective buyers and sellers from viewing through to offer stage. Maintain and develop contact with developers and clients. Enhance the company's reputation for excellence through professional conduct at all times. Complete all relevant paperwork, keep files organized and accessible, and comply with office administration procedures regarding documentation and quality assurance. Confident and clear communication with buyers and sellers as well as financial institutions. Day to day management & administrative support. Aggressive print & online advertising support, locally & internationally. Regular training and development sessions. Company provided quality leads. Partners with professional photographers & videographers. Diversified, friendly, and lively work environment. Skills: Minimum 3 years Dubai Real Estate Experience (Preferred Off Plan). Fluency in a second language advantageous. High level of customer empathy & service. Excellent written and communication skills in English. Presentable, professional, and high work ethics.
