Perform frequent site WHS audits to identify all non-compliance equipment and/or processes at the site, implement solutions and audit record-keeping practices and Global Safety Database (Austin) entries to be aligned with global safety standards and local regulations."

Ensure site leadership and Associates are trained and knowledgeable of their WHS responsibilities under each policy."

Award-winning experience in Distribution Centre or Manufacturing EHS is highly desirable, as well as experience implementing lean principles and process improvement in an operational environment."

Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations experience."

Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications, including pivot tables and chart development, is essential for this role."
