Maintenance Staff

Our company is looking for a Maintenance Staff to join our team. Responsibilities: Performs typical maintenance to support the entire facility; Appropriately responds to emergencies as per training received; Detects and reports questionable conditions to the Facilities Director; Performs other duties as assigned; Adheres to and conveys a philosophy that supports the dignity, privacy, independence, choice, and individuality of residents; Stocks maintenance supplies for work areas; Refurbishes vacated apartments promptly, documenting all work performed; Maintains and repairs walls, furniture, cabinets, windows, and doors/locks; Demonstrates knowledge of and follows infection control procedures; Reports any abuse, suspected abuse, or alleged abuse to the appropriate supervisor and/or agencies; Detects and reports questionable conditions to the Maintenance Manager. Requirements: Must have skills/experience in various maintenance-related trades, including, but not limited to, carpentry, plumbing, painting, and janitorial; Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress; #J-18808-Ljbffr
