The role holder will be expected to have developed a broad appreciation of Human Resources responsibilities and a high level of expertise within the specialized field of Recruitment and Selection within financial services. They will provide advanced advice on sourcing strategies, demonstrating a good understanding of the banking industry, current, and emerging market trends.Principal Accountabilities Act as a single point of contact for client groups, managing the end-to-end recruitment process.Assess the needs of hiring managers and provide feedback on recruitment strategies, including preparing search plans.Target suitable candidates effectively, utilizing appropriate evaluation and assessment tools to support successful hiring decisions for both FTE and CBDRS staff.Ensure full optimization of the bank's Applicant Tracking System (ATS), channeling all recruitment activity into one centralized platform.Collect job briefings from line managers and coordinate with candidates regarding offer acceptance.Utilize job portals, internal talent pools, market research, competitor mapping, and networking for sourcing candidates.Review resumes and credentials for skills, experience, and competencies relevant to the role.Exercise sound judgment to ensure candidates align with CBD values and are suitable fits.Conduct comprehensive screening interviews using various tools (e.g., Face-to-Face, Zoom).Update the Head of Resourcing & Development on senior negotiations and critical hires, highlighting any issues.Provide quality service to ensure high internal and external employee satisfaction.Manage candidate communications and ensure onboarding processes are completed, including visa issuance if needed.Maintain recruitment dashboards, generate MI reports, and analyze recruitment and onboarding data.Ensure employee files are updated, compliant with HR policies, labor laws, and internal controls.Support Emiratization initiatives to recruit talented UAE Nationals.General Maintain close contact with hiring managers across all seniority levels.Collaborate with HRBPs, Rewards, and unit heads as needed.Manage relationships with external search firms.Negotiate offers with prospective employees and support onboarding.Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent.Expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes.Advanced knowledge of ATS and Linked In Recruiter.Experience Over 3 years of HR experience, particularly in resourcing; UAE experience preferred.Effective communication skills in English; Arabic preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Experience with ATS is essential.Completed advanced HR and management training programs.Skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong recruitment and selection expertise.Proficiency in Linked In Recruiter.Problem-solving and dispute resolution skills.Ability to operate independently and provide timely updates.Efficient file handling and tracking skills.Market knowledge of the financial services sector.Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is a platform connecting jobseekers and employers.
