Medical Equipment Field Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Coordinator to join our team and drive operational efficiency in the medical equipment field. This role will play a vital part in supporting our sales department, suppliers, and customers to deliver exceptional services.Responsibilities include receiving correspondence, RFQs, and LPOs through phone or email, checking tenders and auctions online, and disseminating information to relevant staff members.The successful candidate will prepare quotations and tenders in coordination with sales staff, submit them according to required terms and conditions, and maintain accurate records of all communications.They will process purchase orders to suppliers, receive and verify order confirmations, prepare necessary documents, follow up on shipments, and ensure they reach our warehouse and are entered into the system for release of sales orders.In addition, the Sales Coordinator will generate bank guarantees and bid bonds as requested by the sales team, file supporting documents, and maintain proper records.This role also involves maintaining accurate records of customer LPOs and purchase orders, preparing reports for the sales manager, and ensuring confidentiality of sensitive documents.Furthermore, the Sales Coordinator will assist in organizing business trips, processing visa applications, purchasing tickets, and coordinating travel arrangements for team members.They will also be responsible for familiarizing themselves with company policies and procedures, and ensuring AKI's interests are protected at all times.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent experience3 years of experience in the medical equipment field Excellent listening, negotiation, cross-selling, analytical, leadership, service orientation, and communication skills Basic computer skills, including MS Office Valid driving license and verbal and written English skills Work Environment: The ideal candidate will work in an office-based setting in Dubai Industrial City (DIC).
