We are seeking a highly skilled Database Architect to design and implement high-performance database systems for real-time trading operations.)Main Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain relational and No SQL databases to ensure scalability, performance, and security.Implement database replication, sharding, and partitioning strategies to optimize data processing and analytics.Work closely with backend engineers to develop scalable and resilient data architectures.Ensure security and compliance of financial transaction data.Troubleshoot performance issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement solutions.Develop and maintain ETL pipelines for data processing and analytics.Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a Database Administrator (DBA) or Data Engineer.Expertise in Postgre SQL, My SQL, Redis, and No SQL databases.Experience in high-load, low-latency systems, preferably in crypto trading or fintech.Hands-on experience with database replication, partitioning, and sharding.Strong knowledge of SQL query optimization and indexing strategies.Familiarity with cloud-based database solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure).Understanding of data security best practices and compliance.Experience with real-time data processing and analytics.Fluent English (C1+), additional languages are a plus.Nice to Have: Experience with blockchain data structures and smart contract indexing.Familiarity with Kafka, Rabbit MQ, or other messaging systems.Previous work on trading platforms, DEXs, or CEXs.Knowledge of big data frameworks (Hadoop, Spark, Click House, etc.).Full remote work, with an option for relocation to Dubai after probation.Work on a cutting-edge Web3 / De Fi project in a high-growth environment.)Benefits: 28 days of paid vacation + 5 additional day-offs.Contact Information: Please note that we do not have any contact information available at this time.
