Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in the MERN stack to join our dynamic team.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and deploying robust web applications, a solid understanding of both frontend and backend technologies, and a passion for delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using the MERN stack.Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and security.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues and bugs across the stack.Participate in code reviews, contribute to technical documentation, and mentor junior developers as needed.Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in web development, particularly within the MERN ecosystem.Required Skills and Qualifications Technical Skills: Frontend: Strong proficiency in React, Next.Js with experience in React Hooks, Redux, and component-driven architecture.Backend: Expertise in Node.js, Nest.js and Express.js, including building RESTful APIs and using middleware for robust server-side logic.Database: In-depth knowledge of Mongo DB & My SQL, including schema design, indexing, aggregation, and query optimization.Version Control: Proficiency in Git and collaborative workflows (e.g., Gitflow).Deployment & Dev Ops: Experience with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Digital Ocean and familiarity with CI / CD pipelines.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).5+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on MERN stack.Demonstrated experience in delivering end-to-end projects in an Agile environment.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.,
