MINIMUM 7 YEARS IN INDUSTRIAL CATERING UAE Responsibilities: Monitor overall operations including off sites and report to OPM on a daily basis. Responsible for the successful implementation and compliance of Integrated Management System at site and an active member of IMS Team. Prepare the monthly menu with the coordination of OPM & Chef and send it to OPM every month. Check & approve the Weekly indent prepared by OPM and send it for final approval, ensuring alignment with the approved monthly menu. Check & approve the materials request required for the next day, ensuring compliance with the approved budget. Monitor and analyze pre & post production wastage details and send them to OPM daily with analysis & trend chart. Conduct Managers & Supervisors meetings with coordination of all department heads. Collect customer feedback from concerned authorities and provide solutions to all complaints, information, and suggestions regarding food service, housekeeping, laundry, and food dispatching. Prepare a customer feedback summary with corrective actions for complaints and send it to OPM daily. Monitor purchases and ensure all materials received in stores are as per ASL & APL. Ensure safe work is carried out at all times by adhering to Health and Safety Standards to achieve an incident-free workplace. Coordinate with OPM to conduct menu development programs and identify 10 new dishes for each month for approval by OPM. Mentor and monitor low performers, conduct counseling sessions, and send reports to OPM. Conduct Managers & Supervisors meetings weekly with coordination of OPM. Conduct client meetings with coordination of OPM as required, preparing the Minutes of Meeting (MOM) to be circulated with an action plan to OPM. Monitor logistics operations and report to OPM daily. #J-18808-Ljbffr
