Conduct site visits and inspections to verify construction progress according to design plans and specifications. Ensure compliance of site activities with local building codes, safety, and environmental regulations. Collaborate on MEP design concepts and solutions with project teams. Coordinate with other engineering disciplines for integrated MEP systems. Manage project timelines and budgets related to MEP systems. Liaise with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to meet project requirements. Tools & Software: Auto CAD for reviewing technical and shop drawings. Navisworks for clash detection and 3D model review. Microsoft Office Suite for reports and documentation. BIM 360 for collaboration and coordination. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. At least 12 years of MEP engineering experience in the UAE construction industry, with a strong portfolio of high-rise and luxury residential projects. Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations. Proficiency in MEP design software (Auto CAD, Revit, HAP). Excellent understanding of authorities' requirements (e.g., DEWA, DCD, EMPOWER). Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
