Job Description The Role Overview This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Chief Information Governance Officer.The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the following key areas: Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the team. This includes monitoring security mailboxes, responding promptly to requests, processing vendor LPOs on time, and maintaining IT Asset inventory.Document Management: Create, maintain, and organize IT Policies. Ensure documents are properly stored and easily accessible. Assist in developing and implementing document control procedures.Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate IT or IT Security meetings, conferences, and appointments. Prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute them to relevant parties.Configuration Management Database: Enter and update data in CMDB accurately and timely. Generate reports and perform data analysis as needed.Communication Management: Assist in managing internal and external communications, maintaining email and document records, and updating contact lists.Facilities Management: Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, monitor and order IT supplies and equipment.Record Keeping: Maintain records of IT financial transactions, invoices, and expenses. Assist in financial reporting and budgeting.Confidentiality and Security: Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, ensure compliance with policies, and monitor office security measures.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with other departments to support organizational initiatives and IT projects.IT Access Provisioning and De-provisioning: Coordinate with outsourced IT management for onboarding and offboarding employees' IT access.Phishing Simulation and Cybersecurity Trainings: Support in preparing for phishing tests and assist in planning cybersecurity awareness sessions.Reporting: Coordinate and review monthly IT reports for record-keeping and decision-making.Operational Support: Support the Head of IT in managing departmental operations.Requirements Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in computers from an accredited university.Familiarity with fundamental information security standards is desirable.Strong interpersonal and commercial acumen.Ability to listen, understand, and implement creative ideas with available resources.Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
