Project Coordinator We are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor Assistant to support the successful delivery of a high-value data centre project in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of people, materials, and equipment to ensure seamless on-site operations on a fast-paced, high-tech build.A leading GCC construction company is seeking a detail-oriented and commercially driven individual to join their commercial team. As a key member of the team, you will support cost control, contract administration, and value engineering throughout the project lifecycle.Responsibilities: Mark levels for slabs and columns before concrete pouring.Check dimensions and report any mistakes.Take as-built levels for slabs, floors, and screed concrete and submit them to the surveying draftsman.Measure distances between grid lines and columns.Mark grid line points with spray paint.Maintain and clean survey equipment periodically.Monitor benchmark points at site.Requirements: A strong understanding of survey drawings.Effective communication with engineering teams.The ability to check level instrument accuracy.Qualifications: A National Diploma in Building Surveying or a related field.One year of experience in a similar role.Benefits: Opportunity to work on iconic UAE projects.A supportive environment that values innovation and excellence.Professional growth and career progression opportunities.
