Job Description We are seeking a skilled Service Ambassador to join our team. As a Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced buffet restaurant environment.Your primary role will involve taking reservations and welcoming guests to the assigned outlet. You will need to be familiar with the restaurant's operations and regulations, as well as participate in daily briefings and cascading information to colleagues about special bookings, VIP guests, promotions, and theme dinners.You will also be responsible for checking the daily mise en place according to whole-day service requirements, being familiar with menus and ongoing promotions, and providing recommendations to guests. Additionally, you will carry out other related assignments or tasks entrusted by your manager from time to time.Key Responsibilities: Take reservations and welcome guests to the assigned outlet.Be familiar with the restaurant's operations and regulations.Participate in daily briefings and cascading information to colleagues.Check the daily mise en place according to whole-day service requirements.Be familiar with menus and ongoing promotions.Provide recommendations to guests.Requirements Good communication skills on Russian Language (PRIORITY).Good communication skills on English Language.Service-focused personality is essential.Flexibility to work extra hours, breaks shifts, and additional tasks.Previous experience in a similar role in a luxury five-star hotel/resort is preferred.Benefits No Employment Type Full-time
