At a high-end restaurant group, we are seeking a skilled Dining Crew DCDP to fill a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and contributing to the acquisition of new customers.Main Responsibilities Ensure kitchen stations are set up with all necessary supplies, maintaining efficiency and organization.Prepare food for service by chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces, adhering to precise chef specifications.Cook menu items in collaboration with the rest of the kitchen staff, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.Follow instructions from the executive or sous chef, providing accurate reports and feedback.Maintain cleanliness of the station, manage leftover food, and ensure proper inventory stocking.E nsure that dishes come out simultaneously, in excellent quality, and on time.Adhere to nutrition and sanitation regulations, as well as safety standards.Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with colleagues and customers.Key Requirements Demonstrated experience as a DCDP, Restaurant Cook, or Prep Cook, showcasing expertise in various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.Accurate and efficient execution of assigned tasks, coupled with an understanding of industry best practices.Possession of a culinary school diploma, solidifying foundational knowledge and skills.Benefits An attractive salary range: AED 2800 to 3600 based on experience Additional allowances: AED 375 Food allowance + Service charge (Avg) + Credit card tips + cash tips + free Accommodation + Transport + uniforms + Health insurance + air ticket (once every two years) + Paid leave as per UAE laws
