About the Role We are seeking an experienced ICT Teacher to join our team, providing high-quality education and training to students in the field of Information Communication Technology.Job Description Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles, ensuring students achieve academic excellence.Maintain accurate records of student progress, assessment results, and attendance, using this data to inform instruction and drive improvement.Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom environment, fostering a love of learning and promoting cultural awareness.Promote good working relationships with colleagues, parents, and the wider community, through effective communication and collaboration.Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's and master's degree in computer science, ICT, or a related field.Teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent).Minimum 3 years of experience teaching ICT at the IGCSE or equivalent level.Familiarity with the Cambridge IGCSE ICT curriculum and assessment standards.Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students.Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Experience with online learning tools and platforms is an advantage.Benefits GEMS Education offers a dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
