Infrastructure Development Manager

Job Title: Sr. Infrastructure Design Manager In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design process throughout the project lifecycle, working closely with clients, design consultants, and stakeholders to meet project objectives aligned with client requirements.As a Sr. Infrastructure Design Manager, you will assist the Programme Director/Design Director or Senior Project Manager to ensure scope delivery meets Atkins Realis and client expectations. Your responsibilities will include ensuring adherence to processes, developing scope of services for Lead Design Consultants (LDC), managing and assisting in the procurement of Design Consultants, developing and implementing the Design Management Plan (DMP), creating a design responsibility matrix, and overseeing and managing Design Consultants' activities throughout the project cycle.To succeed in this role, you will need 10-15 years of experience as a design manager, preferably on hospitality projects, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture, LEED experience, previous regional experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia, and an active leadership style.The position offers tax-free salary, life insurance coverage, comprehensive medical insurance, paid annual leave, company gratuity scheme, discretionary bonus, annual flight contribution, relocation assistance, transportation & housing allowances, NGO, Social Services, Community Services, and SENIOR INFRA DESIGN MANAGER keywords.
