Senior Finance Executive

Role Summary: The job holder will be responsible for Financial reporting, Budgets and Monthly & Quarterly MIS, managing accounting and supporting analytics. The job holder will also be responsible for assisting in day-to-day work with filling and maintaining proper records relating to PO, invoice submissions for payment, COD receipts and payments and tax filings.Key Responsibilties: Accounting & Bookkeeping Ensure timely and accurate recording of transactions (payables, receivables, journals, cash, bank)Manage daily entries in accounting software Prepare and maintain supporting documentation for all transactions Vendor & Customer Management Handle end-to-end invoice processing and credit/debit notes Perform periodic reconciliations with suppliers and clients Ensure timely follow-up on collections and payments Banking & Cash Flow Monitor and manage daily bank transactions and balances Support fund transfers, online payments, and petty cash management Assist in preparing cash flow forecasts Month-End & Reporting Support monthly closing activities: accruals, prepayments, depreciation, etc.Prepare MIS reports: P&L, Balance Sheet, Aging Reports Coordinate with external auditors and ensure audit readiness Taxation & Compliance Assist in VAT filings and ensure timely compliance with local regulations Maintain documentation for statutory filings Liaise with external consultants if needed Internal Controls & Support Ensure adherence to SOPs for procurement, billing, and payments Assist in cost tracking, project-based reporting, and operational support Identify opportunities to automate and improve processes.Skills & Experience required for the role Education: CA/CA-Inter/MBA Finance Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience Nature of Experience: In a similar role (logistics, fulfillment, or warehousing industry preferred)Functional Skills: Excel, accounting knowledge, accounting systems Behavioral Skills: Communication, team player, logical thinker#J-18808-Ljbffr
