We are seeking a charismatic and organized Front-of-House Ambassador to join our upscale restaurant team in Dubai.This is a full-time onsite opportunity for someone who loves delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing reservations efficiently, and ensuring smooth operations between service and kitchen teams.Key Responsibilities: Welcome guests with a warm smile and escort them to their tables.Effectively manage reservations and seating arrangements to meet customer expectations.Provide accurate information about the restaurant menu, events, and services.Coordinate private events or special guest arrangements with precision.Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception and dining area at all times.Cultivate strong relationships with service and kitchen teams to ensure seamless operations.Support the overall guest experience from arrival to departure.Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Hostess in a high-end restaurant environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Familiarity with reservation systems and event logistics management.Able to multitask and work effectively under pressure.Ability to maintain a warm and welcoming presence, even in fast-paced situations.What We Offer: We believe in rewarding talent and dedication.
