Key Responsibilities Our ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of telephone equipment in the hotel at all times. This includes implementing correct telephone operating procedures and maintaining a high level of efficiency.They will also handle guest complaints and remarks in a professional and timely manner, providing prompt responses to any issues that may arise.In addition, they will be responsible for handling phone calls and forwarding messages to guests, as well as recording and delivering wake-up calls.The role also involves reporting any telephone defects to the technical department and utilizing electronic systems correctly when dealing with chargeable calls.Furthermore, our system relies on the ability to handle confidential guest information with utmost care and professionalism.This position requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong organizational skills and the ability to find solutions to complex problems.We are looking for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and cope with pressure effectively.Qualifications High school Diploma or equivalent is required.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Excellent organizational skills and ability to find solutions.Able to cope with the pressures of a very busy environment.
