Executive Food Operations Specialist

Sous Chef Job Description To guarantee the successful execution of outlet operations, we require a skilled Sous Chef to work closely with the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chefs in ensuring timely completion of tasks.The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing menus and specials that meet the needs of our target market while aligning with our operating concept.Develop menus and standard recipes (as per SOPs) to enable our restaurants to operate efficiently, thereby satisfying guest expectations.The successful candidate must have a thorough understanding of and adherence to our company's policy relating to fire hygiene and safety.Maintain operating and kitchen equipment to a high standard with minimal breakage.Be responsible for audit requirements for HACCP and Dubai Municipality as needed.Verify incoming produce to ensure that all food merchandise meets order sheets, receiving records, and purchasing specifications.Maximize colleague productivity and morale by maintaining discipline according to hotel guidelines and local legislation.Ensure consistent quality culinary offerings to our guests by adhering to Anantara food preparation and presentation guidelines. Continuously look to recommend improvements and additions to these guidelines.Maintain food safety and protection by complying with food handling techniques, including dating, proper storage, rotation, etc. Maintain basic food safety and sanitation practices.Take responsibility for asset management of all outlet property and facilities.Qualifications: A degree in Hotel Management or a related culinary field.At least 3 years of experience in industry and culinary management.Previous experience training team members in large quantity food preparation.Excellent knowledge of quality food operations.Possess passion for leadership and teamwork.Have an eye for detail to achieve operational excellence.Provide excellent guest service skills.Expertise in various types of cuisine.Work Arrangement: Full-time position Contact Information:
