The CRM Manager will spearhead the development and execution of our client's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.This role will leverage data-driven insights and cutting-edge CRM tools to deliver personalized customer experiences, drive revenue growth, and support our mission to redefine financial services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, sales, and technology, to ensure a cohesive customer journey.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement CRM strategies tailored to the fintech/crypto/i Gaming sectors to enhance customer retention and engagement.Analyze customer behaviors and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to create targeted campaigns that align with business objectives.Manage and optimize the CRM platform, ensuring data integrity and effective utilization of customer insights.Lead a team of CRM specialists, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Monitor and report on CRM performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for enhancements.Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform CRM strategies.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.5+ years of experience in CRM management, preferably within fintech, crypto, or i Gaming industries.Strong understanding of CRM tools and technologies (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot).Proven track record of executing successful CRM campaigns that drive customer engagement.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.Strong leadership and team management skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
