About the Role This is an exceptional opportunity for aspiring aviation students to gain valuable experience and training in real-world environments.The program utilizes students to meet the needs of clients who train in aircraft simulators, providing a crew complement of at least two pilots. This chance allows qualified candidates to become trained by industry leaders on sophisticated aircraft platforms.The primary goal is to qualify students to fulfill the Pilot Monitoring role under FAA part EASA training events.Students will have the opportunity to attend advanced programs and enrichment courses provided by their training organization at no cost.During this 2-year period, students will be required to complete a certain number of support sessions. These sessions will be divided into 4 quarters, with a set threshold per quarter.To be eligible for this program, candidates must possess: A FAA Commercial Pilot or Airline Pilot license Airplane Multi-Engine land rating Instrument rating with a minimum of 50 hours instrument experience400 hours total time (100 hours multi-engine aircraft)Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) course Benefits of the Program This program has launched many aviation careers since its inception.
